About Business Access
  Business Access is an industry leader in home-based distance learning for workforce development.  
  Since 2000, the award winning In-Home Learning System has been used as the technical platform for 93 different programs placing computers in homes reaching over 19,105 people throughout the country.  
  Populations served include welfare recipients, at-risk youth, rural areas, offenders, military spouses, incumbent workers, people in emergency situations (Katrina) and others.  More about program funding

Results
  Program participants have spent more than 929,630 hours online and taken 86,755 courses through Business Access' online learning communities.
  Business Access programs have been independently studied by Rutgers University Center for Women and Work, the Sloan Center for Innovative Workforce Training and Development, the University of North Texas and the Texas Workforce Commission.
  Participants in New Jersey have a 90% employment rate six months after program exit with 93% employment and 92% retention one year after program exit as of April 2008.  See WNJPIN report card on the In-Home Learning System for the latest results.
