Welcome to the Business Access web site. If you have been approved by
your workforce case manager to receive online training services from Business Access
using your own computer, here's how you can obtain your login and begin your training:
1. Click on 'Achiever Login/Entrada' link at the top of this page.
2. Click on 'Orientation'.
3. Enter your Social Security number and last name.
Your Username and Password will appear. Write them down.*
4. Click 'Login', then click the button that says 'Login'. Type in your Username and Password.
5. You will have to accept the web site Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
before you can enter the web site.
6. Take a moment to look over the web site. There are many features and
plenty of information we think you'll find helpful.
7. To start your training, click on the 'Training' tab at the top of the page.
8. Go to the bottom of the page and click on 'Learn2 player'. This is the multi-media player that runs the training courses.
You will need to download this to your computer. It may require you to restart your computer. You will only need to do this
installation the first time you try to launch training.
9. Click on the 'Start Career Courses' button.
10. You'll see your Individual Learning Plan and a list of the courses you agreed to take.
11. To begin a course, click on the small mouse icon to the right of that course.
12. Another window will open, which is mostly blank. Click on the course name (i.e. Getting Started with PCs). It's a small link in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
13. This should launch the course. If not, you may not have installed the Learn2 player. If you have difficulties, contact technical support at 1-800-247-1668.
* If you do not receive a Username and Password, it may be that your account has not yet been activated. After you have been approved for our training services, it normally takes 24 hours for your account to be activated.
