Combining the experience of more than 50
years in social services, 25 years in governmental programs and
75 years in technology, Business Access is a classic example
of the emerging trend of social entrepreneurialism.
Started in 1998, Business Access is led by
CEO and President, Kimberly Bunting, a nationally-recognized
innovator in diversity employment and training. As a consultant
to companies such as Bank of America, J.C. Penney, EDS, Texas
Instruments and others, Kim’s vision for Business Access
was developed in response to corporate America’s need for
skilled workers. The incorporation of current governmental systems
into the vision emerged from her broad experience in governmental
affairs, including eight years working for the Mayors of Dallas,
and consultation with the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor,
the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and more.
Business Access’ expertise is broad
and diverse. In technology, team members have experience in the
design and production of what is widely regarded as the largest
data- base in the world, one of the most heavily trafficked e-commerce
web sites, networks from their earliest inceptions and NASA’s
space shuttle technologies. In social services, team members
have experience in the leadership of county welfare, Medicaid,
hospital programs, and experience in teaching, counseling and
ISD administration.
Business Access unites passion for
permanently improving people’s lives with zeal for creatively
introducing and enhancing new technologies.
