1. Online Communities for users with entry- to intermediate-level computer literacy featuring customized training, content, resources and tracking designed for in-home or remote access learning.
Full packages including community development, CBO vendor relations, CBO training, orientation curriculums and manuals, customized training programs, customized reporting, hardware, in-home installations, ISP services, e-mail, and 24/7/365 help desk support, can range from $3,000 to $6,000 per person per year.
Cost is directly dependent upon the volume of users. Business Access cannot build communities for less than 100 participants unless it is a limited package designed for a single location.
2. Online Communities for users with entry- to intermediate-level computer literacy featuring customized training, content, resources and tracking designed for Community Technology Center (CTC) or computer-lab based learning.
Full packages including orientation curriculums and manuals, customized training programs, customized reporting and standard business hour technical support for CTC or computer-lab personnel can range from $200 $3,000 per person.
Cost is dependent upon number of users, amount of training courses utilized, and technical support requirements. All Class/Items listed below are bundled into one price. The List Price and State Price are the same.

Business Access provides turn-key service for the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of online communities, including 24/7/365 technical support and/or help desk support dependent on the level of service contractually agreed upon. In-Home Learning Communities can also be fully supported (warranty, on-site replacement of parts) for hardware involved in the program. Entities may choose to elect a lower level of service (i.e. technical support during normal business hours for Community Technology Center personnel who will in turn provide technical support for CTC participants) to lower the costs associated with their contract.
Business Access is committed to providing complete customer satisfaction and will do our best to support the customers usage of our products. The support information shown below describes the current products. Contracts can be written with different parameters based on the purchasers requirements.
Web site users with repair or support issues should call the Business Access Technical Support Department at (972) 931-5362. The Technical Support Departments hours of operation are 8:00AM to 8:00PM Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM to 5:30PM Friday, and 9:00AM to 3:00PM Saturday. All times are Central Standard Time. Users calling at other times may leave a message to be returned later. The technical support staff can provide assistance with every aspect of usage, including hardware-related issues, and will dispatch repair technicians if necessary. The web site is maintained on a 24/7/365 basis. System Purchasers with repair or support issues can call Ken Davis or James Howell at (972) 931-4198 from 8:30AM to 5:30PM C.S.T., Monday through Friday.
Under the requirements of the Texas CISV program, Business Access LLC will make available equivalent replacements for products sold to the State of Texas for at least three (3) years after a Business Access product is discontinued.
