This program is designed to provide local employers with an effective resource for training their workers.
Companies utilize standard curricula, select courses from the Business Access library to create their own curriculum, or Business Access builds a customized curriculum specifically for the employer. Incumbent workers use the In-Home program, or they access the online community from their own home computers, a mobile unit, their place of employment, or anywhere with Internet access. The program is available in both English and Spanish.

Texas
Texas state agencies, non-profit entities, cities, counties, school districts and universities can purchase this program through purchase order utilizing the Department of Information Resources contract #DIR-SDD-532. According to Texas Government Code, Section 791.025, DIR has met the competitive bid requirements, eliminating the need to customers to customers to follow this process. Purchase made under these contracts also qualify under E-Rate.
