Texas
Texas state agencies, non-profit entities, cities, counties, school districts and universities can purchase this program through purchase order utilizing the Department of Information Resources contract #DIR-SDD-532. According to Texas Government Code, Section 791.025, DIR has met the competitive bid requirements, eliminating the need to customers to customers to follow this process. Purchase made under these contracts also qualify under E-Rate.

New Jersey
Business Access is an eligible training provider and certified proprietary school in New Jersey.
A fee for the establishment of a localized online community is required for Workforce Boards that do not have an existing In-Home Learning community.
