On Dec. 20, Business Access spread a bit of pre-Christmas cheer by hosting a party for Hurricane Katrina victims new to the Dallas area.
Invitations were extended to each of the evacuees who had become part of the Business Access program in recent months. In conjunction with WorkSource for Dallas County, BA has provided new, in-home computers for hundreds of Louisiana natives displaced by the storms.
In addition to refreshments, visitors could have their picture taken with Santa Claus, while children received gift bags filled with presents.
