At the tenth annual Texas Workforce Commission conference in Dallas, Texas, Business Access introduced new features and services including:
- 30 day guarantee which allows seats to be replaced within 30 days if the achiever is not participating;
- New Advocacy welcome system which accelerates early proactive support for new achievers;
- New training libraries including Skills Compass, GED pathways and Alchemy Training Systems; and
- New TANF tracking categories that match the new 2006 TANF regulations.
