To improve services to people with limited English proficiency, the Texas Workforce Commission has brought together a group of experts from around the country to develop a handbook to assist local workforce boards and employers. Ms. Bunting joins other experts from programs serving LEP populations, as well as the directors of Texas' border boards Lower Rio, Upper Rio, Middle Rio and Cameron County.
