The Scotts Valley Tribal TANF program added it's first Achievers to the online community this month. Scotts Valley is located outside of Richmond California on the Central Coast.

Tribal TANF programs have the flexibility to set their own guidelines. The first group is composed of some two parent households and some grandmothers who have custody of their grandchildren who are receving TANF benefits.
